
Reporting
A yearly report has to be sent by 6th of December of each year to your responsible GUC cooperation project coordinator. Should you carry out any activities beyond that point, please hand in an updated report until the 5th of January of the following year.

Other Expenses and Budget Changes
Within the framework of bilateral research projects between the GUC and German partner institutions, a wide variety of expenses can be invoiced if they are included in the most recently confirmed budget plan. For total invoices over 500 € net, two additonal comparative offers must be obtained.

Budget reallocation
The budget for BMBF-funded research projects is managed by the responsible GUC Project Coordinator at Ulm, Stuttgart or Tübingen. The budget items submitted at the beginning of the funding period can be changed by submitting an updated budget plan. As soon as you receive a confirmation, the newly submitted budget plan will be valid.
