If workshops or summer schools are organized within the framework of a bilateral research project between the GUC and German partner institutions, the following costs can be reimbursed:

• Travel, accommodation, visa and insurance costs as well as per diems of out-of-town participants,
• Catering costs (the daily rates will not be paid for the days catering is provided)
• printing costs
